Shipping times may vary due to location, item availability, or carrier disruptions;
You are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information;
You are liable for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions for international deliveries;
Risk in the goods passes to you once your order is handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Policy - the basics

In-stock items: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Made-to-order or custom items: Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and an additional 3–7 business days for shipping. We will be in close contact with you to provide regular updates.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details where applicable.

Large or bulky items may require special freight and coordination with a third-party carrier. We’ll contact you if this applies to your order.
